Personalized goods, i.e. those with additional selected markings on the sleeves and back, and special orders are not subject to returns
1. You must send the returned goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, at your own expense, by registered mail to the following address:

We do not accept cash on delivery or parcels sent to a parcel locker
2, The shipment must be accompanied by a completed return form. (standard form, available online)
3. Each returned product should be properly packaged and secured, must not show any signs of wear and must not be washed.
4. CustomStore.pl checks the condition of the returned product within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
5a. If it is found that the goods do not show any signs of use, the funds will be returned to the Customer's bank account within 14 days from the date of checking the condition of the goods. The funds are returned in the same form as they were transferred to the store's account
5b. If it is found that the goods show traces of use, they remain at the Customer's disposal at the store address of CustomStore.pl for 14 days from the date of checking the product. After this date, it will be disposed of and the Customer will be notified via e-mail
